SF Cyclists Stalled In Bike/Road Improvements

The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition has been working on a very ambitious plan to widen lanes, add signage and install more bike racks through out the city of SF. Unfortunately, a private citizen filed an injunction to stall the the implimentation of the Coalition's project.
